I was lucky enough to snag a grab bag from LLarowe last week and in it was a polish by Smitten Polish called Hillary's Dream. This is my first Smitten Polish and it is amazing! I couldn't wait to put this on and it looked georgous! It is a black jelly with micro glitters in blue,
green, turquoise, orange, red, purple and pink. I used two coats over Pure Ice Scandal and a coat of Seche Vite to top everything off.
Isn't it pretty! I think its the vibrancy of the glitters against the black that makes this so awesome! I know this is one I will be using a lot.
